Vista Residences launches P1.5-billion project in New Manila

June 16, 2010

Tall and graceful pine trees echo visions of cool, clean air; the scent of refreshing evergreens; and the sight of emerald mountains against blue skies. Picture all that right in the heart of the city. Then picture yourself coming home to that, at the end of every busy day. It is a dream that comes true in Pine Crest.

Pine Crest, located in the center of New Manila in Quezon City, is one of Vista Residences’ newest developments. A unique condominium development, it will – when it is completed – be a community of three low-rise, expansive buildings peeking out from a forest of lush pine trees. Sitting on an 8,000-sqm property, it will be the only one of its kind.

The three buildings – two five-stories and one 10-story – were designed lower than the typical condominium to give each resident a feeling of space, privacy and community. Being a low-density development, construction is faster and the buildings are delivered faster, with unit owners benefiting from early turnover as compared to high-rise condos. This also allows the greenery of the pines to be the development’s main feature, instead of the usual cement and steel.

An oasis hidden within a bustling metropolis, this project will sit on the corner of Aurora Boulevard and Balete Drive, with easy access to Gateway, Greenhills, SM Centerpoint and Araneta Center for shopping, dining and entertainment choices, close to schools like St. Paul University, hospitals and transportation. Yet, it is comfortably peaceful, because it is surrounded by quiet, residential neighborhoods.

Vista Residences is the condominium development arm of Vista Land, the country’s largest homebuilder.

Entering the condominium market in 2006, Vista Residences condominiums brings to the Filipino who prefers the easy convenience of condominium living its space-planning expertise, as well as an innate knack for selecting accessible and attractive locations.

Each home is designed with the same thoughtful use of space Vista Land developments are known for. Every unit will exude a European-style hominess that is aesthetically pleasing, while being comfortable, functional and responsive to the needs of Filipinos.

The community houses a separate building, which has already started construction, created for recreational activities like a swimming pool, a gym, a game room, and several function rooms.

Reflecting modern European elegance, and set amid a pine garden, the first tower, wherein construction is already on-going, is currently at the 3rd floor. It is a five-story building with 158 units designed to maximize space, comfort and privacy.

Vista Residences tops off Avant

March 24, 2010

Vista Land and Lifescapes is topping off four of its residential condominium projects. It has started with Avant, a 38-story glass tower at The Fort in Taguig City.

Vista Residences, the brand carrying residential condo projects, topped off Avant in January. Avant is its most upscale project.

The ceremony held at the De Jesus Oval at the Fort was led by Vista Land’s COO Paolo Villar, CEO Maribeth Tolentino, head of Corporate Communications Camille Villar and Vista Residences’ division head Red Rosales and marketing head Nova Noval.

Joining the activity were partners from ASYA Design Arch. Albert Yu, Boyet Evangelista from New Kanlaon Construction and Joey Mastrilli of Taguig.

Envisioned by Vista Residences with ASYA design, and espousing the principles of green architecture, Avant stands on the last remaining prime location on BCG’s Crescent Park West. With its groundbreaking held only in 2008, Avant is the first Vista Residences project to be topped off in 2010, moving way ahead of its completion and turnover schedule slated for the last quarter of 2011.

Three more developments of the company are scheduled to be topped off in Makati and Manila in the coming four months: Mosaic in Greenbelt; the first tower of Laureano di Trevi on Chino Roces in Makati; and Crown Tower in Manila.

A fifth project, WIL Tower in Quezon City, will be launched early this year, with its site excavation already underway.

Low-rise Condo ready for occupancy in QC

February 19, 2010

Increasingly important to local buyers as well, is the desire that their home provides a quiet refuge, and yet still be located within the city: A sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. Low-rise condominiums offer this advantage as they can be located within quiet residential villages without putting a strain on the community’s utilities.

Reaching mere eight-storeys into the sky, Madison Place offers three of the most desired traits Filipinos seek when looking for a home: Accessibility, tranquility and affordability.

Located in the Mariposa Loop, just off Santolan Avenue, Madison Place’s location allows easy access to the Metropolis’ best schools, like Xavier, the Immaculate Concepcion Academy, La Salle Greenhills, and St. Paul University; the hospitals of St. Luke’s and Cardinal Santos; as well as commercial and shopping centers like Greenhills and Araneta Center. It is also ideal for entrepreneurs as it within, and close to Metro Manila’s busiest business hubs.

The development offers a selection of studios, and 1- and 2-bedroom flats designed with fine architectural detailing and intelligent planning by the architects of Arch House Asia. To keep up with those who enjoy activity, Madison Place has swimming pools for adults and children, a fitness gym and a game room.

To further enhance the feeling of “sanctuary,” the building is designed around a natural-light atrium. Spacious parking, cutting-edge security, high-speed elevators, and an elegant private entrance make residents grateful that this is the place they call home.
