Unique to Lakefront is the fact that it is the only urban property in Metro Manila, of this size that presents a 180-degree view of Laguna de Bay and the scenic Sierra Madre Mountains. Its central location takes advantage of all possible access points, making travel to and from the Makati CBD a mere 15 minutes while the Ortigas area is only 25 minutes away. The domestic and international airports can be accessed via Sucat in less than half an hour or through the Sales Exit from the South Luzon Expressway in approximately 10 minutes.

Adding to the appeal of the Lakefront is the ease by which residents may access commercial centers or malls, top notch schools and hospitals.
